New CU website launched

Jonathan Bennett and I have been working on a new website for the Christian Union at the University of Birmingham over the summer. The website went live yesterday – you can check it out here: http://www.ubcu.org.uk/.

The exec decided that it would help in not confusing freshers. Dan sent an email during the summer to sound out the name change idea and I imagine he would not have given the go ahead if he had received any objections.

I would have thought it would be more confusing for freshers to have a name change which hadn't been approved for it then to possibly revert back!

the constitution says we have to vote on any name changes as to change the name would mean we have to change the constitution.
